UofC BuySite Unavailable July 23-25, 2021
To: University BuySite Users
On July 26, BuySite, the University’s online system for creating, submitting, approving, and tracking the status of purchase orders, will introduce a new user interface experience.
To launch this new user interface experience, BuySite will be unavailable starting at 8 pm July 23 through July 25. BuySite will be back online starting on July 26 at 8 am with the new layout, features, and functionality.
Procurement Services is offering trainings to help with this transition. See below for two training options:
The new user interface will change the layout and look of requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices, but leave their functionality the same. It also will provide an update to the way you use the ‘Advance Search’ feature when searching for items to purchase. This functionality will create a more robust search experience and an updated compare feature.
